Retreaten ordnas helgerna 23-25.2.2024 och 25-27.10.2024 Under retreaten utlovas härliga stunder med mild Hathayoga, ljudskålsavslappning, motion i naturen, tupplur, bastu, dopp i havet och jacuzzin - för att inte glömma läcker mat!

Retreaten pågår fredag - söndag, med ankomst på fredag kl. 12.30 och avfärd på söndag kl. 12.00. I priset ingår allt - inkvartering i dubbelrum, måltider samt program. Programmet sker på finska.

When returning from your day in the outdoors, you can enjoy lunch or dinner at our restaurant.
